This masters scholarship is for a student to carry out research in the areas of food technology or food manufacturing. The project focuses on analysing data from sensing technologies (e.g., vision cameras or tactile sensors) to develop and implement a machine learning algorithm for a targeted red meat cutting task.
The project may also involve programming and controlling a robotic arm, utilising various sensing technologies, designing and building mounts for cameras, and creating structures to securely position meat for robotic operations. Experimental work will be conducted in the 免费色片 Robotics Laboratory, with site visits to red meat abattoirs.
