It is well established that decisions and projects executed by diverse teams deliver better results.

This course will help leaders build and enhance their team鈥檚 capacity, as well as identify challenges and optimise team diversity to create an inclusive and effective team. You will learn about diversity of thought, team dynamics and leadership theories. This course has a four-week teaching period requiring a total of approximately 40 hours of learning. All course learning materials are available on demand.
