  • Learn to become an effective leader in your industry by studying Ãâ·ÑɫƬ’s Bachelor of Business (Emergent Leadership). Our graduates are prepared for the lifelong learning and growth mindset essential for forging a career as trusted leaders.
  • Build your professional identity and develop confident skills in ethical decision making, teamwork, complex problem solving, negotiation and influence, and person-centred communication.
  • Gain practical experience while working on case studies and a final-year group project together with industry partners.
  • Graduate in just two years instead of three by studying full-time over six consecutive trimesters.  
  • You can also choose to study part-time around work or family commitments, as well as undertake your classes on-campus, online or do a mix of both. You can take the lead!

If you’re interested in postgraduate study, you can go on to study the Master of Business Administration (MBA) or the Master of Business (provided that you meet all the entry requirements).

Entry requirements

Pre-requisites

To study this degree we assume you have sound knowledge in:

  • English (Units 3 & 4, C), and
  • General Mathematics (Units 3 & 4, C)

We assume that your knowledge is equivalent to a grade C or higher in Units 3 and 4 at high school level (typically studied in Year 12). Find out more about assumed knowledge.

English language requirements

You are required to meet the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 6.0 with a minimum 5.5 in each subscore. Ãâ·ÑɫƬ also accepts other English language proficiency tests.

Recognition of prior learning or work experience

If you have previously studied in your home country, you may be eligible for recognition of prior learning to reduce the number of courses that you need to study to finish your program.
